Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wild Ridge website, your purchase of products, and any custom fabrication we carry out for you. By using this site, placing an order or commissioning fabrication, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Wild Ridge is an Australian-owned 4x4 parts retailer and fabrication workshop.

2. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but the contract forms when we dispatch the goods (or, for fabrication, when we accept your order in writing). We may refuse or cancel an order — for example for stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud — and will refund any payment taken.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and may change before an order is placed. Taxes and freight are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment and pay-later providers; you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Pay-later services are provided by third parties under their own terms.

4. Custom fabrication

Custom and made-to-order fabrication is quoted individually. A quote is valid for the stated period and becomes binding when accepted in writing; a deposit may be required before work begins. Because these items are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns (see Shipping & Returns). Design, scope and timelines are set out in your quote and order confirmation, and changes are handled as agreed variations.

5. Shipping, returns & warranty

Delivery, our 30-day returns process, warranty and consumer guarantees are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Product use & safety

You are responsible for correct installation and for ensuring any modification is legal and roadworthy for your vehicle in your state or territory. Some products are for off-road or competition use and may not be road-legal; where noted, this is your responsibility to check. Improper installation or use may void warranty and compromise safety.

7. Website content

Site content and images are provided for general information and may be illustrative. Do not copy or reuse our content without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any product is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We may update them; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
