2. Information we collect

Order & account information — name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, vehicle details and order history. Payment information — processed by our payment and pay-later providers; we do not store full card numbers. Fabrication enquiries — vehicle and build details you share. Automatic data — device and usage data via cookies and server logs (see our Cookie Notice).

3. How and why we use it

• To fulfil orders — process payment, ship goods, send confirmations and tracking, and handle returns.
• To quote and deliver fabrication — design, quote and build custom work.
• To provide support and advice on parts and fit.
• To prevent fraud and secure the store.
• To send marketing — only with your consent; every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed with our payment and pay-later providers, shipping and freight carriers, IT, email and hosting providers, and authorities or advisers where required by law. These providers may only use your data to provide their service to us.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order, fabrication and financial records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, warranty and consumer-law obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably useful.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and rely on PCI-compliant providers for card processing. No system is perfectly secure, but we act promptly if an issue arises.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to delete it where we're able. Email [email protected]. If you have a privacy concern we can't resolve, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

8. Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
